1. How do I order?
Ordering at MassageProducts.com is easy and as simple as one, two, three:
1) Click the product you want to purchase,
2) Add it to the Shopping Basket, and
3) Checkout!

2. How do I find what I'm looking to buy?
There are several ways you can find what you are looking for. The
first thing you can do is type a few keywords of what you are
looking for in the "Product Search" box located at the top left
side of the website and press "Go". Another way is by clicking
the category your product best suits. If you cannot find it, give
us a call at (800) 676-7976 and we will help you.

3. Is it safe to purchase online?
Yes, it is safe to purchase anything in this website. Orders
placed at MassageProducts.com are encrypted, using Secure Socket
Layer Technology (SSL). Our website uses Equifax Secure
Certificate. With the Secure Socket Layer, information sent via
the internet is encrypted to protect 3rd party access to

4. How long does it take for my order to be delivered?
There are three types of shipments available:
Ground Delivery:
The most economic way of delivery. Generally through UPS Ground.
If you place your order before 12 p.m. PST and the order is available,
your order is shipped the same day. It is usually delivered within
1-5 business days. (Depending on location.)
Second Day Delivery:
If the order is available, it is delivered within 2-3 business
days. (Depending on location.)
Next Day Delivery:
Fastest Delivery time. Shipped via air services, and if available,
delivered the next business day. (Depending on location.)
NOTICE: These services are NOT guaranteed
and if the item is not in stock, delivery time will increase.

5. Do you ship internationally?
Yes, we do ship internationally. Shop online normally and when you
are ready to buy, press the "checkout" button on the top right
corner of the website. Make sure to fill everything out correctly
including your e-mail address and phone number.

6. How do I track my shipments?
To track your shipments, please offer a valid shipping email
address when you enter the checkout area. When the shipment goes
out from our store, UPS automatically emails you with a tracking
number!
