1. Orders
Massage Products.com is a division of Advanced Health Products,
Inc. Charges on your credit card will appear as "Advanced
Health Products." If you do not recognize your charge, please
call us for details at (800) 676-7976. Every inquiry
placed from your merchant credit card, there will be an
additional $10.00 Fee to your order.

2. Back Orders
If an item is not in stock, and you have chosen regular
Ground Shipment, your order will be on hold until the Back
Ordered item(s) are ready to be shipped from our store.
If you wish to have your item(s) sooner, you may do the
following:
1) Choose a faster way of shipping such as Express or
Overnite.
2) Call us at (800) 676-7976 and request your order
to be shipped.

3. Drop Shipping
If an item(s) you have order are not in stock or if it is a
custom order, we may have it shipped directly from the
manufacturer. Therefore your order may arrive at different
times and in different boxes. Please call us for delivery
time of back ordered items because time may vary according
to the manufacturer's assembly line and method of shipping.

Custom orders are subject to the manufacturer's terms and are
non-refundable. Shipping time may vary along with costs.

4. Returns
We at Massage Products want to make your online purchasing
experience a good one. But if for any reason you are not
satisfied with your order, or the order does not meet your
expectations, you may do the following within 30 days of
receiving your order for a return, a replacement, or a
refund:

Call us at (800) 676-7976 to obtain your Return
Authorization.

Please include a note with your name, address, phone
number, order number, and the reason for return.

Using a corrugated box, return your insured package via
United States Postal Service (USPS), United Parcel Service
(UPS), or FedEx to Advanced Health Products, 2257 Old Middlefield
Way, Mountain View, CA 94043.

Keep a record of your order and the shipment until you
have received a credit or the replacement of your order.

Note: Shipping and handling fees are non-refundable
and will be deducted off of your credit. This includes
specials with Free Shipping.
Returns of Tables, Chairs, custom orders, or orders above
20 items:
A 10% restocking fee applies on all Massage Tables,
Massage Chairs, Custom Orders, and orders above 20 items.
Note: The following items cannot be returned:
- Washed and/or used linens
- Unwrapped videos, CDs, and DVDs
- Open bottles of oils, cremes, lotions, and gels
- Used bottles of oils, cremes, lotions, and gels
- Open and/or used electric massagers
